The best time to play ultimate is during the summer holidays, when the sun is shining and there’s hardly any wind. Unfortunately term is finished by then and the university ultimate season is over.
To get your ultimate fix during summer, Thrown players are invited to play for Flump. Flump is a summer team for current Kings and Imperial players, as well as ex students.
We enter the open and mixed tours as well as London summer league. The tours and summer league tournaments give you the chance to play with and against great players, enjoy the weather, and improve your skills.
Ultimate does exist outside of university and it’s easy for you to get involved.
Having struggled through the harsh winter months, you really should take advantage of this fantastic opportunity.
